GMercyU's Radiation Therapy program is reviewed by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology. The program’s current award is Probation.
86% of the Class of 2024 graduates passed the ARRT Registry Examination on the first attempt. However, lower pass rates during the pandemic resulted in a five-year first-time pass rate of 67%, up to and including the Class of 2023 as noted in the Program Effectiveness document. This required JRCERT to place the program on probation. GMercyU has taken steps to raise testing outcomes to a level that is reflective of our long-standing reputation for preparing exceptional radiation therapists. Progress to date has been very strong.
GMercyU's Radiologic Technology Affiliate Programs are accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
