The Penn Highlands Healthcare Scholars Program
Secure employment at Penn Highlands and receive up to $65,000 in loan repayment funds!
Through a special partnership with Penn Highlands Healthcare, GMercyU students in the following programs can apply for Penn Highlands' exciting loan reimbursement opportunities in exchange for a three-year work commitment after graduation and licensure:
- Nursing ($40,000 loan repayment)
- Occupational Therapy ($65,000 loan repayment)
- Respiratory Care ($40,000 loan repayment)
- Radiologic Technology ($30,000 loan repayment)
- Speech-Language Pathology ($65,000 loan repayment)
Through this program, you can reduce the cost of your education while securing employment at one of Penn Highlands Healthcare's nine nationally recognized hospitals, outpatient, or long-term care locations prior to graduation.
You can leave the program at any time. If you do so before completing your work commitment, you forfeit any further loan repayments made by the health system but are not required to reimburse any payments already made on your behalf.
